About
We believe the education of our children is a responsibility of all stakeholders:
  • Students
  • Board
  • School Personnel
  • Parents/guardians
  • Community
Each has a separate role in education and in the continuous improvement of the education process. Collectively they should participate together in setting the future of the District, with the Board assuming leadership for the process.
We believe each child should be provided the opportunity to master learning standards and develop life-long learning skills.
We believe learning should be an enjoyable experience, conducted in a safe environment, free of discrimination.
We believe in setting high standards for behavior and learning.
We believe teaching staff should be supported in their learning new methods, skills, and technologies to deal with the variety of student learning styles.
We believe teaching staff should be knowledgeable of the current trends in teaching and with State and Local standards.
Lastly, we believe our schools should be a positive reflection of our community and as such should be open and responsive to the community values, activities and goals.
